Why I stayed If you had not had the truck I was looking for I would have left there as fast as I could. Your sales person was not properly trained and did not listen to me but instead kept giving me the company line about how there"s no commission, and the safety checks and so on. To bad you don't teach them how to listen to the customer. When I told him that I was shopping for my company and that they would be paying in full for the truck he kept asking about financing. When I asked how much it would take to hold the truck until we could complete all the paperwork he stated $1,000.00. That was no problem, but then after it was paid his boss came over, and informed me that that was only good for 72 hours. This started on Sat, I would think that you would have 3 business days not 72 hrs starting on a Sat. I explained that this was an out of state sale and it might take a little to get all the paperwork done. That did not seem to take. On Monday I returned with the paperwork my company needed filled out to complete the sale on their part, you would have thought i just killed this guys dog. Nobody there could help my sales person with this info. We finally got everything handled on Thursday. This is after they told me all the paperwork had to be sent down from our office in Wi. We next day aired all the paperwork, and when I called to see if had arrived, I was told NO. This was at 11:15 am. I had our person in Wi track the package and found it had been signed for at 10:15 that morning. Nobody informed the sales person that the paperwork everyone was waiting on was there. I could keep going but it does no good. If I had read the Yelp reviews I would have never been in this situation to start with More

Buyers beware I went to H-Greg to buy a Volkswagen TDI. They had one listed for the low price of 9,000. After looking over the car I realized this car had been re-p I went to H-Greg to buy a Volkswagen TDI. They had one listed for the low price of 9,000. After looking over the car I realized this car had been re-painted. It didn’t match the color of the other black VW of same year. They acknowledged it was repainted. This vehicle was marked as “excellent condition”. That aside I asked to see another vehicle, they said check out this TDI FOR 9,500... I walk around it, it looks great. I test drive it, say I’ll take it. They said yes sir boss. Wait for half an hour and they say unfortunately we had the car listed wrong. I said the price is on the car in big bold letters, I want it for that price.. they said sir this car is listed at 15,500. long story short after being screwed twice that day they were still trying to sell me a car, saying hey man I have a family to feed what wheels can I put you in. We had put a 1,000 hold on the car we were told 9,500 but was actually 15,500. I have been fighting for three days now to get my deposit back on a car that actually wasn’t for sale for it’s listing price. BUYERS BEWARE. They lie, lots of cars are damaged that have clean Carfax. Lots of cars from Miami too which is shady in itself. Hope this helps someone. Get a used car from Toyota, Volkswagen or Honda. They guarantee their sales and often have warranties. Hgreg only covers you for 3 days. Think about it. Sincerely, A decent human being More

Not the best experience I was impressed when I first got there. The salesperson was awesome and friendly. He was very patient with me and pulled up all the cars I was interes I was impressed when I first got there. The salesperson was awesome and friendly. He was very patient with me and pulled up all the cars I was interested in. I give him an A+! But that’s where it ends. I was given the wrong car after signing the contract and waited almost 2 hours to get the actual car I selected. No one knew why my paperwork had the wrong car on it. When I got home I realized the finance person put the wrong finance company on the contract in several areas and added something to my contract that he never told me about or asked me if I wanted. Trying to call the dealership was the worse experience. You’re transferred all over the place and placed on hold for hours. I finally spoke to the finance manager and he told me he would email me with a summary of our conversation, get me a refund of the random charge and email me my fixed paperwork after our conversation and he never did. Nor did he call back to tell me anything different. I waited 2 days and decided to just drive the 45 minutes back up there to get it taken care of myself. After getting the issue resolved by another finance person, who actually explained everything to me I left. Definetely not a good experience. Won’t ever go back there again. More
