Great experience! I visited Orlando from Puerto Rico only to buy a car to my daughter who is moving there. Alexander Cortes worked with me. I made it clear the importance to find a good and safe car and he was ready for it. So after some hours and with his help, we were able to find it. He was simply awesome. We verified the vehicle completely with great help from Roberto on the mechanic side. Then the people from Finance Jasmine and Nelson helped to get the best offer. Worst experience ever! Do NOT! I repeat DO NOT use this company. It will be the worst car buying experience of your life. They are completely disorganized and have zero inte Do NOT! I repeat DO NOT use this company. It will be the worst car buying experience of your life. They are completely disorganized and have zero integrity. I spent two days trying to get my wife her dream car , was told I only needed to put 1K down and send over some paper work. I agreed and did just that. Once I completed everything I didn’t hear from them for over 2 hours just to be told “ sorry someone is working the deal” “ there is nothing I can do “ after I spent two full days getting them everything they needed and not to mention it took them a day to respond to my messages. I wouldn’t use them if they were the only place on earth I could get a car I would rather walk the rest of my life then give them business. More

Something is just not right! We came in looking for a specific vehicle. The test driving process was great. Very simple and very organized. Please advised Our salesman that we already had preapproval from our bank. We were told that it wouldn’t be an issue which there should be no reason there would be an issue. My wife left me there without a vehicle since she had an appointment and I would be taking my new vehicle home. The finance department told me that since we were going to need to get a cashiers check i would not be able to take the truck home that night if I used my banks financing. Of course their suggestion was to get my financing through them. At this point in time I had been at the dealership for over 4 hrs so I said fine. Then when they couldn’t get me The rate that they had promised they All of a sudden were able to work with my current approval without issue and I was able to take my truck home. But not after a eight hour endeavor which appeared to be because just by the fact that they wanted me to get financing through them More
