This service center has gone downhill. There is little to know customer service. Waited two weeks for part to come in. Never notified and had to call twice to verify and set up appointm There is little to know customer service. Waited two weeks for part to come in. There was no one guiding traffic as there were six vehicles waiting to enter bay and all reps sitting inside. No management to be found. The notification tests take you to a useless app that provides no details or progress. Bought two vehicles from this dealership and been using service center for 15 years More
