Have used this service center for 15 years. Goes downhill every year. Customer service is awful. No one acknowledges you when you walk in the door and reps act like they are doing you a favo Goes downhill every year. Customer service is awful. It feels like just a money grab to accept expensive repairs over a text message. Horrible. Been waiting 9 days for my part to arrive and get a call for installation appointment. More
