I was looking to upgrade my 1998 Camry and Nettie was so helpful walking me through all of my different options. She knew I was looking for my "unicorn of used cars" and was so accommodating through the entire process. There was no pressure to jump on any one car; she knew I would feel it when I drove "the one." And I did! I bought a beautiful, slightly used 2014 Corolla that was leased through the dealership. She knows her vehicles well and took the time to walk through the things that I would normally have to read the manual to figure out thus saving me a step. Miranda is always very friendly and informative on the trade and financing process which makes it a snap. Chris did an excellent job explaining all of my financing options once approved and the different warranty and service contracts available. Overall the team made a situation that would normally be stressful in to a fun evening with a friendly environment full of people looking to help the best way they can. More
