This is our family's third new vehicle purchase in 16 months with Space Coast Honda, and all of them have been wonderful and stress-free experiences! The main reason is that Newton has always been there months with Space Coast Honda, and all of them have been wonderful and stress-free experiences! The main reason is that Newton has always been there to take care of us. When we first met him, he was a Sales Consultant. Fast forward to today, he is now a Sales Manager, and deservedly so. It's nice to see Space Coast Honda promoting good people from within. During this most recent experience, Newton was able to give us additional discounts on the new vehicle we wanted, which we didn't even expect. Not only that, even though our numbers didn't initially match up regarding our trade-in, he said to not worry, and he'll find a way to make it work. Without any haggling, a few minutes later upon coming back, he was able to deliver. We were able to not only get our new truck at a discounted price, but we also got what we wanted for our trade-in. Even in his new position, Newton hasn't changed one bit. He still sincerely cares for his customers and places their wants and needs first. Thank you, Newton, for another enjoyable buying encounter! Two more people we'd like to commend are Elijah Levy (Sales) and Jacob Jeffers (Financing). I originally had separate reviews for them written on the same day (Oct 17) but was just informed today (Nov 17) by Dealer Rater that they were removed since they have a policy of one review per experience, Hence, this addition to this post. From our initial meeting with Eli, we already sensed his empathetic, friendly, and caring demeanor. He showed and explained to us the attributes of the vehicle we were interested in and then took us for a test drive. He was able to answer almost all of our questions, and for the ones he didn't know the answer to, he didn't make up one just to have an answer. He came across as a person who was genuine and trustworthy. Even after his part of the process was over, while we were in the lobby waiting, he would always check on me and my wife, to see if there was anything we needed, and he continuously kept us updated as to what was currently happening. Towards the end, when we were heading to our new truck to drive home, it was enjoyable to see that he was even doing a last-minute wiping down of the vehicle, to ensure that it was as clean as possible for our first drive home. Even after the sale was completed, he cared enough to ensure that we were totally happy with our purchase as we drove off the lot. Thank you, Eli, for taking great care off us! As for Jacob, he made the most dreaded part of buying a car dread-free! There was no pressure whatsoever, and my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how stress-free this portion was. We later learned that he was actually the Finance Director. If all visits to Financing were like this, there would have been no need for any apprehension beforehand. Thank you, Jacob, for making it so painless! Now, my wife happily drives her new ash green Ridgeline, and we didn't have to go through any unpleasant experiences to get there. Just bought a beautiful certified preowned Honda CRV from Rickey Cooper at Space Coast Honda. He was so great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. He worked with us to get us the best deal and stay within our budget. It was obvious he cares more about people, than just making a sale. All the employees work as a team and it was a great experience. We were really impressed with Jacob Jeffers too. He walked us through all of the finance details, and did a very thorough job. He patiently explained everything to us and worked to get us the best interest rate. One more shout out for Newton Wholas. He worked with Ricky to try to fine-tune the price and explain some of the finer details to us. Everybody we encountered was super professional and very, very nice. This team is really great. It was truly a pleasure buying a car from them. I would highly recommend checking out Space Coast Honda. More
