I contacted Newton based on the reviews I have read beforehand. Upon meeting and working with him, he surely didn't disappoint! He made the whole buying process so stress free, that we were actually able to enjoy our new CRV without having to go through any hassles. But what impressed me the most was his dedication to his work and his customers. Shortly before finally driving away in our new vehicle, I found out that he really wasn't supposed to be at work until about noon, since he wasn't scheduled to be off until about 8 pm. Yet the morning we were there to see him at 9, he was already there prepping our CRV at 7:30. He could have easily scheduled our appointment around his, but he placed our desires above his. I dreaded going to Space coast Honda to buy a car as I have had a couple of bad experiences in the past. Newton changed my opinion of Space coast Honda 180 degrees. We also dealt with the manager Chad, who was nothing less than friendly and open to making a deal without and pressure. Also we worked with Darius (?) for financing/final paperwork.
