We drove 3.5 hrs there for a car that we plan to have be our forever car. Before arriving Jackie and Lauren answered our question for buying a car out of state. Stan our sales rep was warm, attentive and efficient throughout the sales process. Big thank you to the team, we got a fair deal and great service (including a soild Chinese restaurant recommendation). If you go, here you are in good hand. *Follow up we started having intermittent issues with the a/c with in the 30 day warranty. They ordered a new compressor, but it is now November and the work has not been completed. We have had to place numerous calls and have received the run around with no call backs and "unavailability". We just want this fixed,very disappointed with the post sales service. More
