He was honest and always respectful and courteous. Everything he told me upfront ultimately rang true through the end of the process. The purchasing processes was extremely painless as they had the loan preapproved and all paperwork prepared and ready for my signature. Felipe was extremely pleasant to work with as well. Flawless Service I found this dealer after doing a nationwide search for a particular vehicle. Initial contact was via the dealer website. Within the hour I was contacted by Nic Mercer who explained that the vehicle I was interested in (a 4wheel drive Sprinter) already had a deposit but that more were expected. He thoroughly explained the process to secure one of theses vehicles, periodically called to give updates, (your Sprinter has been built, has been shipped, is here in the US, is at our dealership, is ready for you to pickup). I arrived at the appointed hour and was out the door about two hours later in the start of a very long drive home. Everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland was a pleasure to work with. I highly recond this dealer. More
