They were very accommodating with my available times to test drive, and ultimately when my husband and myself were available to make a deal. Right from the begining he made me feel like family. He did an amazing job and trying to understand my needs as a car driver and to match me with the right car to meet my needs. Multiple times, Nic offered to even come over to my home and help me set up my car and garage door opener etc. I also went on a work trip and returned late at night to the airport not realizing I had forgotten to write down where my car was parked, and in a panic I contacted Nic after hours and he responded quickly offering to help!
