Nick McGovern did a great job finding us our perfect GSL Mercedes. He listened and found what we wanted very quickly. We really felt like he had our best interests at heart. It's always a pleasure working with Sears Imported Autos! I have such peace of mind bringing my Sprinter here for service because all the techs are certified and the work is always done right the first time. I have such peace of mind bringing my Sprinter here for service because all the techs are certified and the work is always done right the first time. They warranty their repairs and the prices are reasonable. I worked with Preston and he is an incredible advisor. Very knowledgeable, personable, and explained everything to me in detail. I love that he sent me a video inspection so I could see what was going on with the van, and he did not pressure me to do any unnecessary repairs. Overall, it's a great dealership and you will LOVE doing business with them on the sales or service side. More

The worst dealer and service department ever Went to the dealer to get service done on my vehicle for new tires and service A. Took a loaner car and when I returned the loaner car the dealer didn’t say anyt dealer to get service done on my vehicle for new tires and service A. Took a loaner car and when I returned the loaner car the dealer didn’t say anything at the time of the vehicle return for charging me for gas on the loaner vehicle. Then 2 weeks later I get a statement from my credit card that the dealer charged my card for gas on the loaner car. Which they didn’t ask me to pay for it when I was there with the service I was getting done. You shouldn’t trust them with your credit card and financial because they save your information and will use it when they want to. The card that they charged for gas was a card I used there when I was paying for the down payments of the vehicle in 2019. I just wanted you guys to be aware and the service people have no respect and no customers service. And when I talk to the GM about that he acted stupid as if he doesn’t know what his employees are doing. Just wanted to advise don’t purchase a vehicle from them and don’t let them run your credit for financing they are a scam dealer. FYI I will keep posting for my friends and family to beware not to purchase or do services at this dealership More
