Excellent service from beginning to end. Nick was the sales person helping me and he was amazing! He was supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional the whole time. Awesome Experience with Audi Rockville I recently purchased a Q7. Jessica and Nick made it such a simple process. My wife and I had our first baby girl 3 days prior so my time was very limi I recently purchased a Q7. Jessica and Nick made it such a simple process. My wife and I had our first baby girl 3 days prior so my time was very limited. I came into the dealership one night...and was done in under an hour. I drove myself, not thinking it would close so quickly. We had the car detailed that night and Jessica personally drove the new Q7 to my house (in Chevy Chase!) that evening at 9pm...very impressive customer service! They also came to my house the next day to drop off winter mats and get my wife's wifi set up. Thank you guys! More

Slow sales process and inattentiveness to detail I chose this dealership because they were able to find the vehicle that I requested. Even though they were not the closest and a distance from my home I chose this dealership because they were able to find the vehicle that I requested. Even though they were not the closest and a distance from my home. Nick did a great job communicating pre my visit. He started the necessary paperwork to minimize time at the dealership. The front desk staff were quite welcoming and very helpful. The service tech was also very friendly and professional. The waiting area was nice with amenities like coffee and water. Overall, I am disappointed at the length of time I spent in the dealership during my purchase. Apparently there was a backup for the finance office. This was disappointing as I completed the necessary finance application before my visit. Furthermore, after communicating with my salesman that I already had financing to expedite the process, they continued to pull my credit report. To date there has been 8 inquiries on my credit report which is completely unacceptable. I had to lock my reports to stop the inquiries. Moreover, after I waited for 3 hours, when I received my brand new vehicle it was apparent that they rushed with the preparation. My top rails were not installed, they were left in boxes in the rear. There were sales flyers stuffed in the glove box along with other misc paper and trash. I had to wait more time for temporary tags to be installed. The owners manual was missing. I had to come back to get the racks installed and the technology components activated. Thus, this was not a pleasant experience from a customer service perspective. I waited patiently for hours and my vehicle was not professionally presented. For these reasons, I would not purchase again from this dealership. More

The team handled very busy times by supporting each other and not making me feeling ignored which was much appreciated. In fact we were looking at several vehicles and trying to make a combined decision and Jessica took the time to set up all the cars we were interested in so that we could easily test drive all three in succession. Something I was not anticipating, which allowed the entire family to test drive in a short period of time and allowing me the opportunity to come back later and get a better perspective on my own. Extremely accommodating, well organized process. After-sale follow up has also been great and much appreciated. Feels like we've found a new home for all our auto needs. More

He doesn’t push you towards things you don’t want and need. Unlike other pushy and fast talking salesmen, he’ll answer all your questions and allow you to take your time to make the right decision. Shane Lee is a top notch Sales Manager. Bottom line, you tell him what you’re looking for and he’ll work to make it happen. Serge Calmic is another good guy. He asked questions and told me things I needed to be aware...that’s his job. But in the end he respects the customers decisions. He even thanked me for serving when he found out I’m a veteran. Overall, glad I went to Rockville Audi. More
