Very low key. Salespeople and managers went out of their way to try to find the car outfitted the way I wanted. The car they did find actually had more features on it but they held to the price we negotiated. I've used this dealership three times and find them easy to work with. More

First of all, I am reporting this dealer to the Federal Trade Commision and Maryland Consumer Protection Agency for deceptive business practice. This is the vehicle dealer location that, based on my experience, the most deceptive and most dishonest shady dealer with the most cheating and devious sales manager and salesman. Audi Rockville website has a vehicle posted, and the website has the button "Build My Deal" I prepared for the deal by putting the information required. It has the information about deal including the vehicle trade-in value, final vehicle price, total fees and etc. When I actually visited the dealer, the requesting price was considerably different. The price of the vehicle posted was fake. Trade-in value of my vehicle was lower than $4500. They added options that are not required to purchase vehicles. The final vehicle of the price and all of the prices in the deal were a completely fake. In terms of the trade-in value of my vehicle, they tried to cheat me with the fair market price by using the lowest trim of the vehicle model with highest mileage possible while my vehicle is the top of the top trim of the vehicle model with far under mileage. I asked what trim and option they were using for Kbb trade-in value. They were mumbling and equivocating and did not have any answer for my question. There was no such appraisal of my vehicle. Also, the posted vehicle has a lot of interior and exterior damages including a lot of scratches. It is a 2023 Q5 plug-in hybrid. If the Audi Rockville is going to fake the price and lie to a client, then I don't understand why there is "Build My Deal Option" in the website? Audi Rockville does not require business practice ethics and integrity for salesman and sales manager there? Even the sales manager made a fun of me by saying that he might reimburse gas that I paid to get there if he could. That was very disrespectful. I told him that may be my salary is high enough that he does not need to consider that or say that. I told him that my disappointment is related to their deceptive vehicle prices and they tried to force options that are not required to purchase a car while cheating the fair market price of my vehicle trade-in values. I think that Audi Rockville does not require anything on ethical business practice. If any liar needs to sell a car and needs to find a location, this may be the best location based on my experience. It is based on my experience and opinion. My review is just seriously honest This dealer location is extremely deceptive and lying. Full of lies and no business ethics behind. More

This is my first car purchase at Audi Rockville, and my first new car purchase in over 10 years. Nick the sales lead was totally transparent on price, timing and car availability. I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this dealership if possible. As a someone who's been selling cars for over 5 years, I've never experienced anything this unprofessional. Classic corporate dealer with their bait and switch tactics and terrible customer service. I drove two hours for a vehicle I was looking to buy for 3 years and the bad taste this dealer left me with prevented me from even be happy with my purchase. The used car manager Christian was super rude the entire time and super condescending. The finance manager Tae tried to sell me an overpriced warranty over and over and once I said no, immediately got cold and rude as can be. He even got petty and ran out of his office to get back his generic Geico pen from me that they have thousands of. It took them 30 days to pay off my trade and do my registration. They even messed up and gave me a new plate when I was supposed to transfer mine, so I was over charged for that. Again, I would never go back, and I urge customers to be cautious if you are forced to deal with them. Its these types of dealerships that give dealers bad reputation the public already think. I give Jordan Stubbs the credit for referring me to Nicholas Appiah. My wife bought a vehicle on August 25, 2021 from Nick. Nick was a cool person once you get to know him.
