My experience with Wayne Mazda was strictly virtual because I am in another state but I received the utmost professionalism from Nick Bacchus my sales person and Mike Zaiden in finance, they were able because I am in another state but I received the utmost professionalism from Nick Bacchus my sales person and Mike Zaiden in finance, they were able to facilitate everything perfectly for me since I'm about 4 and half hours away but they took care of me and made everything smooth and facilitated the shipment of my new vehicle. Nick kept me updated daily on the various stages that the paperwork was in....Mike got all of money details worked out and facilitated the pickup and delivery of my new truck...I was truly please with the whole process again as it was all done remotely...helluva team over there at Wayne Mazda...thanks again!! More

Nick was really patient with my mom and helped her understand the costs (her big concern). I think she likes him better than me now because he was so calm when she was driving.
