Terrible experience, was told they could easily switch off engine noises for me while it was there for recall work then tried to charge me for it. Had no written estimate. State law requires estimate over off engine noises for me while it was there for recall work then tried to charge me for it. Had no written estimate. State law requires estimate over 25. They then said the labeled my new nissan as modified in system. Even know it isnt modified. Talked to 2 other nissan dealers that even say thats shady. Will be calling nissan corporate on Monday. This was my first time at this dealership I live in Clyde and yes, I had to drive an hour closest Nissan dealership near me. I have a 2024 Nissan Titan XD check engine light come on tire pressure light.. bro and yes, I had to drive an hour closest Nissan dealership near me. I have a 2024 Nissan Titan XD check engine light come on tire pressure light.. brought it in on Monday, 2 February, and as soon as I pulled in, somebody met me at the door, walk me back to the service department and the service department. People were so friendly and helpful. Got me set up. I got your truck in at the time that they said they sure would even though I was there early in about two hours and the service advisor come and told me that they would like to keep the truck overnight and they gave me a loaner car the next morning they called me and notified me that the truck was done and then when I showed up to pick it up, she was so friendly so kind and the truck was waiting in the truck was waiting for me in the drive-through area drive-through . Everyone there when I walked around we’re so friendly and courteous and kind. I really recommend this Dealership.. More
