Sal Kamal is the worst sales manager you can have. You can tell he has no prior business experience or any interpersonal skills, so you need to place him somewhere where customers aren’t allowed to see or can tell he has no prior business experience or any interpersonal skills, so you need to place him somewhere where customers aren’t allowed to see or speak to him. He has zero mentoring skills and is an embarrassment for Lexus entity. His attitude and ego belongs in the trash can. Treat customers with respect. And maybe you guys can gain loyal customers again. Andre Rust is the best service advisor if it weren’t for him, I would definitely goto Toyota for my services. More

This dealership is not Lexus' most luxurious store. Sales persons are not in suits. They wear company pullovers. A downtown earth store. We both agree that the Pembroke Pines outranks the others by a mile and greater. We will drive the 40 mile trip to that dealership for our next car. More
