Well where do I start, three weeks after we buy the car we get a text from the sales person that we shouldn’t be driving the car because the paperwork was not completely correctly and it was not registered we get a text from the sales person that we shouldn’t be driving the car because the paperwork was not completely correctly and it was not registered this is 3 weeks after and we drove it out of town! My husband had to take time out of work, drive an hour over there and just to sign a piece of paper, were we compensated for our time and inconvenience, NOPE. Well I decided not to review because people do make mistakes but now, after my husband who works on cars asked them several times to check the brakes again because they didn’t feel right was advised oh we Checked them twice , I noticed a grinding sound , told my husband and he said yep something is wrong with the brakes, two months having the car! So now I have to drive back over to Schenectady to have the brakes fixed . So would I recommend? Nope , they wouldn’t even offer a loaner car to me. So they basically got the car back from being leased and put it on the lot with no inspection because they would have noticed the brakes were bad! Well what a surprise I went today and they claimed it was inspected , bull crap! Spent 45 min for them to do nothing , rude service department wouldn’t even look at the brake pads my husband took off ! Will not be back , will be taking my car elsewhere for service!! Own a car for two months and already putting money into it! More
