AWFUL I currently have a recall out on my Hyundai Sonata for my air bags (kind of big deal) I scheduled my appointment verifies my VIN when I made the apppi I currently have a recall out on my Hyundai Sonata for my air bags (kind of big deal) I scheduled my appointment verifies my VIN when I made the apppiibtment. It clearly pulled up that my vehicle was a hybrid. I went in for my appointment which is about an hour drive from my house. When the employee (I did not catch his name) came and told me they would be unable to work on my car due to overlooking the fact my car was a hubrid and not having the parts in stock. I had made my appointment the week prior with Matthew pollard and took time off of work to drive the hour to get my car fixed just to be told they couldn’t because they didn’t notice it was a hybrid. I was told I’d have to wait for the parts and wait for them to call me to come back in which I will have to take time off once again to do so. Not happy at all. More

Car's in great shape thanks to Fuccillo I went in for my regular service and as usual it was done quickly and by people who are very friendly and efficient. It needed a new battery and an I went in for my regular service and as usual it was done quickly and by people who are very friendly and efficient. It needed a new battery and an axel and they took good care of that too. My waiting period in the waiting room was good and I was greeted by so many of the people that work there! Nick and Bob in the Service Dept. are very helpful and accommodating and I trust every word they say to me. I've had my car for 8 years and only go to Fuccillo for everything that needs to be done. Love Fuccillo This past Tuesday I took my car in for a normal service and multi point inspection. As usual I was greeted by name by very friendly service people an This past Tuesday I took my car in for a normal service and multi point inspection. As usual I was greeted by name by very friendly service people and was treated with the same respect and good service that I've always received over the past 8 years. I can truly trust what they tell me and depend on being in a healthy car and safe on the roads. Nick is always very helpful to me when I have questions and stuff.
