I started working for Brandon Tomes Subaru In 2020 and I've loved every moment of it. My favorite part of my job is being able to say that I provided my customer an extraordinary experience while helping them find the car of their dreams. My ultimate goal in life is to be the best for not only my customers but also my coworkers and family. Outside of work I love spending time at the lake with my dogs and girlfriend. On the weekends I can normally be found grilling/smoking meats or just spending quality time with friends and family. Subaru has become a passion of mine over the years of working here and I currently drive a Subaru Forester Wilderness!

Nick C Jones was very polite and easy to talk to. He made you feel at ease though a very scary and terrifying experience. Help was always eager to help throw every step. Failed to provide all required paperwork at the time of purchase, including the bill of sale. I had to call and email multiple times before finally receiving it. After more than a month of ownership, I purchase, including the bill of sale. I had to call and email multiple times before finally receiving it. After more than a month of ownership, I still had not received my registration. When I called the DMV, I was told the plates I had been given were registered to a completely different vehicle (a 2022 Toyota), even though my VIN was correctly titled in my name. This meant I was unknowingly driving with improper registration. A serious legal risk. When I explained the situation to a manager named “Tyler,” his only response was, “Did you want to continue?” before hanging up. I was never called back. It took another week and a half of repeated calls and emails before the correct plates and registration were finally provided. Based on my experience, management showed little concern for the mistakes they made or the legal risk I was placed in. I will never return to this dealership and cannot recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware. More

I drove 1. 5 Hours to this dealership and would do it 100x over again! This team was absolutely incredible! They not only took care of my needs, but they exceede 5 Hours to this dealership and would do it 100x over again! This team was absolutely incredible! They not only took care of my needs, but they exceeded all expectations, made the impossible happen, and made my long time dream of owning an Outback come true! Nick, Jose, and Addison were amazing! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Dont go to any other Subaru dealership! More

Nick was a wonderful for our first experience with Subaru. He was so patient, explained everything in simple specific terms, and made the experience fun and lighthearted. We definitely had an overwhelming amount of questions and confusion, but regardless he answered and clarified everything. Daniel was also so much help and so wonderful, having him around definitely made the process much easier and was very helpful in making sure my daughter got everything she wanted for her car. Both were incredibly helpful and made this such a fun, enjoyable, easy experience, and help accommodate for every detail we were looking for! More
