Stopped by for an unexpected problem without an appointment and was helped right away. It was my first time at this location, I usually go to other Mercedes locations but was told by a friend that appointment and was helped right away. I was assisted right away, the customer service was amazing, and they worked on my car so fast. I was out of there within a half hour. 10/10! More
