Longo Toyota was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was looking for a new Camry and started with a dealership I had done business with in the San Fernando Valley. They said the best th have ever had. I was looking for a new Camry and started with a dealership I had done business with in the San Fernando Valley. They said the best they could do was a 8-10K markup. On average everyone was around $2500-10,000 for either a markup or unwanted accessories. I had heard of Longo for years as a volume dealer so I gave them a call and spoke to Nick Luu. Nick was honest and friendly from the first moment I met him. The dealership does not take advantage of their customers in such a hard time and they will be rewarded with a customer for life with me and someone I can refer to all my friends and family. On our first call Nick ordered my Camry and within a couple of days he had a car that was being assembled. Nick kept me up to date every step of the way and well informed of any new developments. When the car came in it was delivered to my house by Aaron a very professional associate at Longo. He spoke so passionately about his love of Toyota and general excitement for the dealership. There was not one unexpected twist or turn. If I could give Longo and Nick Luu 100 stars I would. If you are tired of being taken advantage of by thieves during this difficult time when cars are short call Nick Luu at Longo Toyota and I promise you will not regret it. More

I'm in the process of reserving a car which won't arrive until year end or possibly next year. It's been my (unfortunate) experience that sales department personnel at many dealerships won't give you the t until year end or possibly next year. It's been my (unfortunate) experience that sales department personnel at many dealerships won't give you the time of day or provide much assistance when the sale is that many months down the road. Understandably, they want to sell cars NOW. I get it, but Nick has been very helpful and responsive to all my questions returning calls and emails promptly. He's not put off by the fact that this sale has a long fuse. Also, I would be remiss not to applaud Longo's policy of selling cars at MSRP (even high demand cars) with no added dealer markup. How refreshing -- and unfortunately rare these days! I've never bought a car previously from Longo Toyota, but if this deal goes as smoothly as it has so far, I will certainly be a repeat customer. Keep up the great work, Nick, and thanks for your professionalism and continuing assistance! More
