I arrived on time for my 7:40am appointment at McDonald Toyota and waited for the work to be done. At 9:00am, I see my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot (nothing had been done). I drove out of Toyota and waited for the work to be done. At 9:00am, I see my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot (nothing had been done). I drove out of the dealership at 10:45am after work was completed. What is the use in scheduling a 7:40am appointment to only have my vehicle just sit in your parking lot for more than an hour? The only reason I can see is poor upper management of the service department. However, whatever the reason, it is disappointing and unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer of Ehrlich/McDonald Toyota in Greeley for over 14 years. Probably time to find a new service provider for my vehicle. More
