Scheduling a routine maintenance appointment with this dealership was very easy and convenient. The staff is friendly and accomodations in the waiting area are good. I really appreciate that they have gone completely digital. Receiving your inspection report via email is so much more convenient that pieces of paper creating clutter in your vehicle. Being a more tech savvy dealership, I figured I would be able to text them a digital key since I forgot my key fob. I usually just use my phone to enter and start my vehicle. However, they did not want to use my digital key and asked to give my phone to them with the passcode, instead. They also did not do the standard tire rotation because they never asked me for the wheel locks. Besides these hiccups, I would still recommend this dealership. More

I have had nothing but issues with my steering since my tires were rotated. They have tried fixing the issue twice to no avail. They are recommending new tires when mine still have several thousand miles o tires were rotated. They have tried fixing the issue twice to no avail. They are recommending new tires when mine still have several thousand miles of life left on them. The advisor was kind. However, every time I roll into the garage, it takes several minutes for anyone to acknowledge customers. I have encountered this several times and have watched them do it to others. Things have changed since Erlich sold to McDonald. More
