" Great car buying experience!" = Excellent In the past we would go to a dealership yours as well and sales ppl are all over you not giving you time to look around but this time we seen a few ou In the past we would go to a dealership yours as well and sales ppl are all over you not giving you time to look around but this time we seen a few out side and approached them and they asked if they could help we told them we are looking at new car and the other guy said this guy Matt he is your guy he is a great sales person . He was right he was very nice, poliet and not pushy he went through everything and if he was not sure he went to ask he was a newer sales person . We did buy the SUV we were looking at we love it the only down side was the computers went down so we had to come back the next day to do the paper work but it was no big deal but they made sure we could get financed before we took the car home and help us out the next day on a deal . We spent more $$ then we wanted and our papyments are higher then we would have liked them to be but it's a new car it's hard going from no car payment for 4 yrs to one. As far as Matt and Rick on doing their jobs they were great respectful and explained everything , Matt was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at.. Dave Straus helped us make the decision to buy from SunRise again he is the greatest service writer we have ever met and does his job in a excellent manner he helped us with our other car when we brought it in he was always pleasant. Matt even got us the Sunrise doll after hearing our story how our grand daughter would look for it everyday on the roof top since she was 1 yrs old and now she is 9 yrs old if it wasn't there she was trying to figure out why she is so thrilled with the doll. They all worked as a team to get to the one common goal - Customer Satisfaction - A happy customer is a returning customer its all about word of mouth to bring others in to the dealership. Nick is AMAZING! I didn't plan on getting a car when I went, I was just looking, but Nick made things so easy and helped to get me an amazing price. My previous Accord I didn't plan on getting a car when I went, I was just looking, but Nick made things so easy and helped to get me an amazing price. My previous Accord wasn't doing too hot, so I was out looking specifically for a Spark. Nick never tried to convince to buy anything more expensive, and was completely honest throughout the experience. When I was unsure about the color he brought my choices into the garage where it was not below freezing. When I explained my where I wanted my price point he told me what he could do, and did get me there. Richie also came out and spoke to us, and really gave us some background knowledge that was helpful. I never once felt pressured, and everyone there went out of there way to make my car a reality. Nick has stayed in touch with me, and I really appreciate that. I would send anyone that I know looking for a car to Sunrise Chevy! More

I just wanted to share my completely positive experience with other potential car buyers. This dealership has earned a overwhelming number of glowing reviews and its obvious they take great pride in everything they do. The bottom line is that this will be my first stop the next time anyone in my family needs a car. For those that want more detail, read on... If I had to summarize what makes them better than the rest, it's the following: 1) Ability to listen - They listened to me when I spoke about what my particular concerns/interests were in purchasing a new car. They listened to why I thought my car was worth a certain amount. There's a way to respectfully have a difference of opinion on subjects like this which ultimately facilitates an agreement. I've walked out of dealerships that were so intent on holding their ground that it became an emotional, adversarial conflict. Dan S. handled this in a uniquely professional way that I will always remember. 2) Product acumen - Cars are becoming high-tech instruments and Nick M. knows his stuff stone-cold. Companies can develop all of the cool products they want and spend a lot of money on marketing them, but if your sales force isn't fully engaged in learning about them and translating that value to customers, the effort will fall short. 3) Customer training - Nick did the best job of any sales rep I've EVER had in explaining all the cool features of my car. Specifically, he showed me how to set up the OnStar app on my mobile device, contact OnStar customer service to properly link it to my car, and finally actually use the technology within the car. This is cool stuff and it raises the value of the car in my eyes. He could easily take on a larger role in the company such as sales training, etc. 4) No "strongarm" tactics - How many times have you been to a dealership where the delivery/finance manager tries to put the screws to you for a few more bucks? That's not the case here. Eric was a consummate professional who showed me my options while respecting my decision at each turn. I told him I was taking my business elsewhere and would be back to show him my new car (which I did). I had the pleasure of doing business with Nicholas Mazzeffi at Sunrise Chevrolet, he was very courteous and was able to sell me a 2014 Impala at a good price. We went to Sunrise Chevy on a whim after a disappointing experience at the dealership across the street. Great choice! Nick M, was an awesome salesman, friendly, personable, informed and sincere. The prices at this dealership while not much different than others of their make/model, were completely overshadowed by the friendliness and genuine sincerity of the staff. We never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. We got (almost) the perfect car, only AWD was missing and that was because they didn't have one in stock, not for lack of trying on Nick's part. Only downside, we felt we didn't get what our trade-in was worth, possibly because it wasn't a chevy. More
