Nicholas and the whole team were honest and upfront from the jump. JR took time to educate on every aspect of purchasing a vehicle, including how to see through typical dealership scams. Subaru of Columbia is my car dealership for life. This is the second care I've bought from them and though I expect my 2026 Crosstrek Premium will last me a long time, when I am ready for a new vehic This is the second care I've bought from them and though I expect my 2026 Crosstrek Premium will last me a long time, when I am ready for a new vehicle, I will head back to them to see Kyle Gunn and Keith Miller. I worked most closely with Kyle, who helped me feel much more at ease and confident in the car-buying process. He is highly knowledgeable, quick to find the answer if he doesn't know, and though very professional, his demeanor is so no-pressure and easygoing, he's become a friend who happens to sell Subarus. Actually, every single person I have encountered at Subaru of Columbia, from the sales floor to the service department to finance has been super friendly and highly profession. Subaru of Columbia, you have an AWESOME team!! Thank you for such a great experience, and an even better car! More
