First I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance for an oil change. I was at this location for an hour and a half waiting for it to be done. What is the point of making an appointment then? Second you had a list of recommendations for me: change wipers, these were put on less then 3 months ago. Change all four tires, these two front tires are brand new. Buy new filter, this recommendation was not bad but they took them out to take a picture of them, they were covered in leaves and didn’t even just knock the leaves off? The customer service at this place has turned into, let’s try to get as much money as possible with no care for the customer. I will not be returning or recommending service to others to have them convinced that brand new items need to be replaced with overpriced dealer ones to make you money. More

The most knowledgeable and caring people that I have ever worked with. Everyone from Service and Sales have been fantastic. I have a problem with memory, but I will do my best to highlight a few. Kyle Gunn worked with. Everyone from Service and Sales have been fantastic. I have a problem with memory, but I will do my best to highlight a few. Kyle Gunn has been the best sales person i have ever. Met. His reassuring and kind character has been invaluable. He didn't hide away after making the sale. He has coordinated service, loaner cars, and contacts. I wish I could remember the name of the most spectacular service department resource. I only had 1 service need, and Meredith kept me in the loop and worked as an advocate for me. I am very sad that I am not longer able to drive, but again Kyle and his team worked to buy my car back. I am very lucky that my last car was a Subaru. Thank you all. More
