The service department is even worse. They did not reset my tires after rotation which resulted in me almost having an accident and then took zero accountability when I brought it to their attention.
I would never buy a car from here again.
The service was bad but the car was even worse. Less than 6 months I began to have countless issues. With tires, breaks, and my check engine light turned on as well. But General Motors decided on their own that this didn’t pose any safety issues.
Please don’t buy a car here. It really was a terrible experience

I had two other Chevrolet dealerships I was getting quotes from and negotiating with, one was in San Diego and the other was in Redlands. The San Diego dealership matched the quote from Sierra Chevrolet and even offered to take the truck halfway to where one of my homes is in Riverside, but I went with Sierra Chevrolet due to their proximity to Riverside.
I signed all documents digitally and flew down from Sacramento two days later to pick up the vehicle. I will say that I was disappointed in that the vehicle was not ready for me when I arrived even though the dealership had a day and a half to prepare it for pick up. Specifically, it needed an inside/outside wash, needed gas, and was missing the floor mats. Additionally, Nick was not onsite and he didn't even tell me he wasn't going to be there or that I'd be helped by two other employees. The heads-up would have been the professional thing to do.
After flying in from Sacramento and driving from Ontario to Monrovia, I was hoping to spend minimal time at the dealership so that I could head to Riverside for work affairs. However, I had to wait around for the outside of the truck to be washed and for it to be gassed up. The inside was dusty and I actually had to have a mobile carwash come to my home in Riverside to detail this brand new vehicle. The worst part of all for me was that I had to leave the dealership without any floor mats because for some unknown reason, they were removed from the truck and were no where to be found. They couldn't pull the floor mats from their other Colorado ZR2 for me because the owner of the dealership had the truck and was joyriding in it. The floor mats have been ordered by the dealership and I've been told that they will be delivered to my home in Riverside, but this is just unacceptable. I've had to use the truck for work purposes twice since purchasing and since I work outdoors and in off-road conditions, I have had to be extra careful not to bring in dirt or other debris. Again, unacceptable for a brand new vehicle.
I purchased a 2024 Corvette Stingray from Selman Chevrolet less than a year ago and the experience was great. I will be in the market again for another Chevrolet vehicle in the coming months, but I do not think I will consider Sierra Chevrolet because of these oversights and neglect.
