From the moment I began the ordering process, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and committed to making experience from start to finish. He kept me consistently updated throughout the entire build process and made sure I always knew exactly in what stage my vehicle was in, which made the wait much easier. When delivery day arrived, he took the time to thoroughly walk me through every feature of the vehicle and ensured I understood everything before leaving the dealership. What really stood out was his dedication to customer service—he has always been quick to respond to any questions or concerns and even checks in afterward to make sure I’m enjoying the vehicle and don’t need any help. They did a awesome job fixing my car and keeping my car there until I was able to come get it and pay for it. The facility is always neat and tidy. Staff is courteous. Waiting area comfortable and accommodating with free snacks and drinks. Free wifi as well. Only reason I give 4 of 5 stars Staff is courteous. Waiting area comfortable and accommodating with free snacks and drinks. Free wifi as well. Only reason I give 4 of 5 stars for the personel is because the vehicle was cleaned kinda sloppy. I had to clean the inside of the windows 3 or 4 times because whatever was used left a bad film and alot of moisture. The drive home was slightly uncomfortable because the windshield would not stop fogging over and had to run the defrost on high just to see. More
