The Best Car Lease/Purchase Experience! I am a person who really hates dealing with auto dealerships and I have been dreading going to pick out a new car after owning my last car for 13 year I am a person who really hates dealing with auto dealerships and I have been dreading going to pick out a new car after owning my last car for 13 years, and the last experience was particularly painful; I felt like I was just a number and that I was shuffled around without anyone caring about me. I never went back to that dealership for service because they left such a bad taste in my mouth. Freehold Subaru welcomed me like I was someone they were looking forward to meeting. I'm always nervous with financing details and PJ DeGrande explained everything so patiently and I really understood what option would be best for me. I decided to get my car that evening and both PJ and Nick Anello made the financing part so easy for me. Thank you so much PJ and Freehold Subaru! I love my new Subaru Crosstrek!! More

3rd Forester Purchased with them We all know car buying can be a painful experience and I was dragging my feet until the last 2 weeks on the lease on my Forester. So I steeled my nerv We all know car buying can be a painful experience and I was dragging my feet until the last 2 weeks on the lease on my Forester. So I steeled my nerves, had all my notes and research ready and off my husband and I went. We were prepared to do battle! However, we were pleasantly surprised when instead of being met with unyielding price tags and arrogance our salesman was more than happy to work with us in every way he could. That salesman was Steven Ullrich. We worked the numbers trying to get the car that I wanted to be affordable for me. Steven even found the Forester that we had "speced" out online to end up being what is now my Dream Car! I might add that it was refreshing that once Steven took the first ride with us after that he let us go out on our own. It's a little uncomfortable having the salesman riding alongside of you and we enjoyed this privacy to talk our budget etc.! All that being said the BEST thing that Freehold offers is the one-on-one you have with John DePalma! New cars today have so many bells and whistles that you drive it off the lot not knowing what 3/4 of them are! Sitting with you in your new car and going over absolutely everything was beyond my expectations! The last Forester I drove for 3 years and didn't know how to work most things on it! John was funny, professional and very patient! And the $50 WaWa gift card was a bonus! I told John I thought maybe I should be paying him for that wonderful hands on overview! Bottom line, 3rd time here and see our relationship going on for quite a while! I highly recommend Freehold Subaru! More

Wonderful! I was interested in leasing a new Forester. It was time for me to trade in my 2006 Avalon and PJ Degrande made it happen. It was a pleasant, no stress I was interested in leasing a new Forester. It was time for me to trade in my 2006 Avalon and PJ Degrande made it happen. It was a pleasant, no stress, happy experience. PJ answered all my questions about the Forester and showed me all the great features. Then I met with Nick Anello in finance and he went over all the papers clearly. I left there without any unanswered questions. And I wasn't there for 4 hours! I met with John DePalma yesterday and he explained all the great features this car offers. WOW! There are a lot of new features in cars since my 2006 Avalon! I Love It! I have all good things to say about this car purchase experience and would highly recommend this group. More

He made it so easy Steven saw me come in and asked if he could help me. I said yes I hope you have the new Subaru Forester so I can test drive it, no one seems to have t Steven saw me come in and asked if he could help me. I said yes I hope you have the new Subaru Forester so I can test drive it, no one seems to have the 2019. He said we have one lets go take it out. He didn't pressure me and talked to me about the new CVT which is way improved. After that he didn't force me into anything we made a deal and he was quick to respond to all my questions by text even when he was moving the day we were trying to finish the lease agreement. Eric Cenname took over and it was like dealing with family. We just nailed out a deal that was great and easy. I couldn't have asked for nicer guys to deal with that weren't your typical salesman. I came from Brooklyn for a reason and I was not disappointed. This is my third Subaru Forester my second one leased and I will always have one. Thanks again for treating me like family and getting the deal done. Oh and the finance department made it a breeze and explained extra warranties I could have but did not pressure me to get any so it was easy. More
