Steve has now sold us 2 Subarus, and we could not be happier with his professionalism, his care, his eye for detail, and just his overall pleasant demeanor. Steve is just a good person, and he is genuinely there to help. He certainly helped my wife and I. My wife and I are expecting twins, and we were more than happy with our Forester. But we needed to get to a third row of seats, and needed to do it quickly. Steve took the time and the care to realize the urgency of the situation, and STILL got us a great deal on our new Ascent. They pretty much did everything right. I was greeted right away outside and directed to where I needed to go. I was again immediately greeted inside, and the car I had arranged to test dri I was greeted right away outside and directed to where I needed to go. I was again immediately greeted inside, and the car I had arranged to test drive was ready to go. The salesman Steve was professional, courteous, and very easy to deal with. The back and forth “talk to the manager” was minimal. I came in prepared and my time was not wasted. Thanks for a pleasant experience. More
