This is my 4th car from this dealership-I won’t go anywhere else! The customer service is wonderful, kind and GENUINE! Today I was helped by Yuliya and she was exceptional. My wife and I spent months debating whether to buy a new car. We talked about the kind of car we needed, looked for cars that had positive reviews and so forth. We finally narrowed it down to Subaru. We contacted multiple Subaru dealers in New Jersey’s Monmouth and Ocean counties and visited several. We had a problem though. All the dealers either expressed no interest when we walked into the showroom or stated that they did not have anything before they bid us goodbye. Except for one Subaru dealer. We went to Freehold Subaru and were greeted by Yuliya Shvartsman. Yulia was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Yulia was the standout that was interested in helping us select a car. Yuliya spent her time asking us questions and explaining features to understand what we were looking for. Yuliya got a Crosstrek, Outback and Forester for us to inspect and ask questions. We finally drove the Forester and ended up negotiating a deal with Yulia. When we picked up our car we were met by John DePalma, Freehold Subaru’s Delivery Specialist. John spent a great deal of time with us reviewing the Forester’s features to make sure that we were comfortable with the car. John offered to spend additional time with us if we needed to return with additional questions. We found both Yuliya and John to be that refreshingly friendly, helpful, and informative change from every other dealer’s staff who lacked any interest or congeniality. Now we have had the opportunity to experience the Freehold Subaru service team. They did not disappoint us. Our experience at Freehold Subaru has been a positive experience all around and I recommend them wholeheartedly. More

This dealership has the most Friendly and personable people that I have seen in all my years of buying cars. Yuliya was a joy to work with, took her time to explain all my options, listened to my conc people that I have seen in all my years of buying cars. I would recommend this dealership/sales person (Along with getting a Outback lol). Since this is a very new purchase, I will review service at a later date. 5 stars and keep up the great work. But a strong suggestion, when doing the final paperwork, the dealership should give the "add-ons" such as extended warranties, extra coverage on the vehicle, etc in advance (Not the day of signing) so the buyer can research it and think it over. More
