Since I had a prepaid maintenance agreement on a previous automobile from a different dealer, I was pleased that you had this affordable option and appreciate the time Q took to explain the extended warranties I was looking for. He was a wiz with the paperwork. The team made the trade in and delivery/paperwork tasks easy. I was very happy to take delivery that same day with all insurance, NY registration, title etc..handled so well by the DePaula team. I also dealt with Felicia and she was similarly outstanding. More
