The service advisor Steve tried to lie and tell me that couldn't duplicate the problem I reported after 4 days but that was a lie because I can view the status of my car online which shows they didn't even turn it on for a week. The manager of the service dept even admitted that much. It's bad enough they can't fix my car but they need to stop taking appointments if they aren't able to even start work on a car for over a week. After they told me how backed up they were I went to their website and it showed dozens of available appointments 2 days later. Who's the genius in charge over there? I also bought the car there and the sales manager Nick tried to bait and switch me on a car I ordered online. The marketing manager stepped in to resolve the issue, but nice try Nick! More
