I don't think so! They never have loaners available for the customer and expect you to be vehicle less the entire day. The service manager talks about customer service is his main priority but doesn’t return phone calls, really shows how much they care. I have had way better service at other dodge dealerships than this one that’s for sure. (Stoughton, Madison). More
