They take care of the customer Long story short, I was quoted one price and when my wife picked the car up it was quite a bit more. I followed up with an email to my service adviso Long story short, I was quoted one price and when my wife picked the car up it was quite a bit more. I followed up with an email to my service advisor indicating my disappointment. Before the day was out, they had pulled the call where I was quoted wrong and they credited me for the difference! Technically they didn't have to do that, but that shows me that they are serious about taking care of the customer. This has made the difference between me not ever going back and now I certainly will. I have had my care serviced there on multiple occasions and the work has always been very good. No problems. Being in the customer support business myself, I certainly understand mistakes can be made. It is how you handle them that makes the difference and MB of OKC did a wonderful job here! More

Excellent service. When Imfirst called the Mercedes service department, I was disappointed that nobody called me back...even though Imtold the lady that I was stranded a When Imfirst called the Mercedes service department, I was disappointed that nobody called me back...even though Imtold the lady that I was stranded at home and needed a quick resolution. I called back and thic time Haley answered the phone and apologized for the lack of follow-up, set me up for a loaner to be delivered to my house and also set up a tow to bring my car to the dealership for repair. I was very impressed with her professionalism and client relationship skills. Nick, my service rep, followed up,and updated. Me continuously until,the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Great job! More

Unparalleled Service ! Brought my 2014 ML350 in for a 60,000 Mile Service. Although we recently acquired a 2018 E400A4 Cabriolet this was the first time using the Service D Brought my 2014 ML350 in for a 60,000 Mile Service. Although we recently acquired a 2018 E400A4 Cabriolet this was the first time using the Service Department at MBOKC since moving here from Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Nick Bankston was my Service Consultant. Nick took care of everything, keeping me informed throughout the process. He was Professional, Courteous and Patient with me as my vehicle needed rear brakes in addition to the normal service. It's comforting to know that our vehicles and our safety are being handled by professionals! More
