He tried to target our specific needs based on what we were talking to him about and did not use any aggressive sales tactics to push the highest trim model while still informing us of the differences since we were new to the wrangler. Process was very smooth, even down to the signing of the paperwork which was mostly done digitally in a very convenient way. Everything was explained very well and we walked away very happy with the new Jeep Wrangler. We will certainly be back for future purchases More
