TONY WHITE, our sales associate, worked with us and when I say he did a great job I really mean it. He was very polite, genuine, amazing, and absolutely a pleasure to work with. He did an excellent job during the test drive showing us all the different options that came on the Jeep. A great suggestion was go to YouTube for quick demos should we forget what he showed us, and of course at our age, we forgot before we got home. Tony was always keeping the conversation light, ongoing, comical and never made us feel uncomfortable. He always returned my phone calls in a timely manner, however most of the time he answered the phone when I called. His professionalism and charisma really shines through. Over the past 15 years or so, we have bought on line to keep from dealing with a pressuring sales person. Our experience with Tony changed our feelings. In the future of any further vehicle purchases we will be definitely be calling our guy Tony White. Great job and thank you so much for your hard work.. The finance guy made this an exceptional car buying experience with his easy going no pressure atmosphere. We are happy with our extended warranty and glad he recommended it. More

After many, many phone call, texts and emails this dealer just can't get it right. They charged me $299 + tax to tint two windows. Delivered the car with no tint. Promised a refund, then after two weeks of chasing them they said they would send a check for $195. I called again and they agreed to credit me for the full amount. They charged me $1295 +tax for a light bar. Light bar arrived stripped and required replacement. They promised to pay for it, but after 5 days of non responsive text and voicemails from Nick the sales manger I am forced to simply dispute the charges on my card. Very poor service after the sale, promised broken, non responsive sales team... just a complete disappointment. More
