First time customer at the Auto Park Honda service department. My first thought was the initial drop off area was as clean and immaculate as the showroom area. As I drove up, someone was already appro department. My first thought was the initial drop off area was as clean and immaculate as the showroom area. As I drove up, someone was already approaching before I could stop. I was then directed to Nick who help prepare the drop off. I was in and out in a flash due to I was dropping off my car for a recall repairs. The communication began immediately after dropping the car off, making sure everything was fine and acceptable. I was then notified the next morning as soon as the repairs began and then when the work was completed. When I arrived to pick up the car, Nick was able to provide everything for check out, then someone located my car and delivered it to me in the waiting are and I was on my way. Overall, excellent experience! More

Service dept. We brought our CRV for an oil change and repair of our hatch latch which wouldn't open. Nick told my husband the latch repair wasn't covered because We brought our CRV for an oil change and repair of our hatch latch which wouldn't open. Nick told my husband the latch repair wasn't covered because our car was out of warranty. There was an error in the system that said we had purchased our car in 2016 when it was actually 2017; When I called and told NIck about the error he researched it got it corrected and got our car in the same afternoon for the needed repair. We always get good service at Auto Park. We really appreciate Nick's efforts on our behalf. More
