Great service My car had wet carpeting within a few weeks of purchase. I was given a loaner car during their investigation, I was kept informed during the service/r My car had wet carpeting within a few weeks of purchase. I was given a loaner car during their investigation, I was kept informed during the service/repair time and my carpeting was fully replaced after the faulty part was replaced. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and professional with every encounter. Highly recommend them for service. More

He was friendly, knowledgeab I bought my 16 Crosstrek a couple of weeks ago from Nick at Herb Gordon, very good experience and would recommend Nick B. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The process was pretty laid back, they had the vehicle I wanted and was in and out in a few hours. Additionally I had a loan setup through my credit union, but went with their financing @ 2%. I could not be happier. More
