He was very courteous and patient, showing us all the neat features the Passat has. Nick, the manager, listened to our needs and was very accommodating. Joey also helped us and handled our paperwork swiftly, so we didn't have to wait forever. I am adding Buddy to the review because he was the one to answer my online request for information, and sent me a very informative video of the car I was interested in. They all have a very positive and happy demeanor and made this a very positive experience! I highly highly recommend this dealership!!!! More

Steve Skinner and the team (Nick Colucci & Miles Brandon) updated me along the way with any info they had. As the arrival date got closer random delays (caused by issues out of Capo VW's control) kept popping up they were updating me daily with whatever info they came across. They were definitely looking out for me and were as excited for me to get my car as I think I was. Paul Clark in finance was great too as he was able to get me a very low rate on my purchase. Overall I can't recommend this team enough, and the icing on the cake was they were one of the few dealers in all of Southern California that weren't charging mark ups on this hard to get car.
