Rene made the whole car process very easy and was able to come up with quick solutions. He went over every detail of the car, all the safety and fun tech things that come with the car. Rene made sure that I was comfortable with the car before leaving, and even called me later that evening to make sure he didnt forget anything and if I had any questions. I was SO happy with everything at Capo VW. The manager was very nice as well as Chris, our finance guy! Cant wait to come back to get my new car serviced! More

Excellent Experience at a car dealership........yep After driving all of the Japanese models in this class, and visiting their respective dealerships, we almost stopped our car search because of hidden After driving all of the Japanese models in this class, and visiting their respective dealerships, we almost stopped our car search because of hidden costs, horrible service, and quite frankly, much less appealing products, etc. Based on a recommendation, we visited Capo VW and left with a 2017 Tiguan. The price was lower than the CRV and Rav4 with similar equipment, but after driving the Tiguan, we quickly noticed that the quality of the build was far superior. The buying experience was easy, no pressure, tons of information provided about our purchase. The atmosphere at the dealership is relaxed and the sales people seemed relaxed as well, which was not experienced at any of the dealerships we visited earlier. We dealt with the General Sales Manager, Nick Colucci, and our sales person was Steven Skinner, both great guys. Easy to work with and again, no pressure. The dreaded meeting with Finance department turned out to be a very quick and painless experience - no pressure, relaxed atmosphere. No problem at all recommending this dealership. More

He was very courteous and patient, showing us all the neat features the Passat has. Nick, the manager, listened to our needs and was very accommodating. Joey also helped us and handled our paperwork swiftly, so we didn't have to wait forever. I am adding Buddy to the review because he was the one to answer my online request for information, and sent me a very informative video of the car I was interested in. They all have a very positive and happy demeanor and made this a very positive experience! I highly highly recommend this dealership!!!! More
