This is the my third visit and to Wilkins. Two leases and 1 purchase. Also a 4th purchase to a family member because of my recommendation. They took my old plates that were still good, only a few months old, and did not give them back to me, I had to call to see where they were and was told they were shredded. Did not give me an option to kee months old, and did not give them back to me, I had to call to see where they were and was told they were shredded. Did not give me an option to keep my old plates. Car only came with 1 fob, I was to go back the next week for the other one, then they said they found it and they were going to mail it to me, it has been over 2 weeks still have not received it. I also emailed the manager about it and he never responded. More

The dealership was clean, the salesmen, Sarge and Slave were very courteous and knowledgeable about the available cars, and accessories on the vehicle I purchased They were both very patient with me and my were very courteous and knowledgeable about the available cars, and accessories on the vehicle I purchased They were both very patient with me and my wife explaining the differences between cars and options and fully explained the operations of the various accessories. Brian, in the finance department, was very friendly and made explained all the charges to my satisfaction. He was not pushy when decisions had to be made and like the two salesmen, he was a delight to work with. More
