Very disappointed. Very rude staff members, or at least my last 2 visited were not pleasant. My last visit I was told we can’t give you ride back to pick up your car be Very rude staff members, or at least my last 2 visited were not pleasant. My last visit I was told we can’t give you ride back to pick up your car because we are short staffed, and keep in mind I was there for a vehicle recall! I had to uber to work and uber back to pick my car up. Since I moved to Alpharetta and started coming to your location, I can honestly say that I have never had a good experience. I was told that my vehicle would be done by end of day …. The vehicle had to stay an extra day and was not informed … I was not given alternate transport …. I was provided with a Lyft home ….
