Nick Covino was waiting for me at the curb and had me checked in and with my coffee in less than I arrived at 730AM black Friday for routine service. Nick estimated that the service would take just over an hour and about 9:45 my car was back having been serviced....and washed. The key to this excellent service at Jackson is the Consistency.!
