Also, very willing to help you with anything after your purchase - no questions asked. Nick and the Chevy team they look to help you rather than being passive about it and waiting for you to ask questions! They are pro-active. Felt like I had bought every car I have owned from them. However, over the holidays, we found a new 2015 Traverse at a different dealership in Southern Illinois. We went back to Nick at Uftring Washington and told him what we found. When he was not able to locate a vehicle with the same features in our area. He and the other staff at Uftring Washington came through for us and was able to get the exact vehicle that we liked at the other dealership. We will definitely continue to do business at Uftring Washington. Both the sales and service staff are excellent to work with! More
