Annoyed with dealer, satisfied with vehicle. I was clear about what I wanted in a car and my budget up front with the salesman. He found a great car for me. Unfortunately, the best price I could get them down to was $1000 over my budget. The salesman, Nick, was great, very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. The sales manager seemed simply unwilling to work with me or budge much at all on price. They fixed a couple of minor issues that I found with the car so I ended up buying it anyway. It's a great car and it sold itself. Still rather annoyed for them for exceeding my budget. More

When he was not able to locate a vehicle with the same features in our area. He and the other staff at Uftring Washington came through for us and was able to get the exact vehicle that we liked at the other dealership.
