I've had three service anomalies in the past year on two vehicles, all of which the dealership has remedied or will remedy. I have spoken with Mr. Gray about these incidents and he stated he would take the vehicles, all of which the dealership has remedied or will remedy. I have spoken with Mr. Gray about these incidents and he stated he would take the appropriate action. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction through service excellence, which should be regarded as a never-ending journey, not a destination, toward that goal. I sincerely want Uftring-Washington's Service Center to adopt and maintain a continuous improvement mindset so that mistakes, when they happen, are never repeated (especially with the same customer). I would like to now address the use of the Alignment Indicators positioned at the entrance to the service shop. I have questioned the accuracy of that equipment, but have not received a satisfactory reply. I believe no one really knows and I highly doubt that this equipment is calibrated at all. That being said, I brought my car in for an alignment because the indicators at the door failed this car twice. But I was called last Monday (March 30) and informed that the car's alignment was actually "in the green", making an alignment unnecessary. I spent $90 and some time out of my day because of the shop's alignment indicators' inaccuracies. That is the LAST time I'll believe that little report. I will remember to ask specifically for a tire wear check at oil change/tire rotation time. Tire wear is the main alignment indicator for me and I'm not going to worry about it because my cars get regular oil changes/tire rotations. But the larger question is this: how many other customers have submitted their cars to your shop for an alignment that wasn't really needed? I urge you to track this. For me, those indicators are a waste of time and money. More

Thanks for another good experience at Uftring Chevy. This survey is annoying though since it requires me to enter at least 15 words. I exceeded expectations by having 30 words. It was so under warranty, so I didn't have to pay a dime technically I'm not done yet because they ordered a part. I had to take the car back so so far it's five star. technically I'm not done yet because they ordered a part. I had to take the car back so so far it's five star. More

I have had very good service and treatment over the years. I love my Cadillac purchased at Uftring in Washington, and moving forward, I will probably always have a Cadillac. After my last experience is years. I love my Cadillac purchased at Uftring in Washington, and moving forward, I will probably always have a Cadillac. After my last experience is the only reason why I said I would not recommend service there. I walk in and there was a text that came through asking me if I wanted to know how much my SRX was worth; then I was told that my tires could not be rotated because my tred was too low; and the absolute piece that made me the most irritated was the letter I received after my service from my service representative that stated I declined some of the service offered. First of all the service in reference was obviously tires, I was not offered to have placed that day, and I did not "decline" a service. I explained I had to research before moving forward. The pressure was a complete turn off! I felt it from seconds walking in to the service department, and that was also very off-putting. I felt angry walking out because of the pressure and the declination given to me to rotate my tires Also, previously, I started to look again for a newer vehicle, but their was family business that arose in my life that I have had to attend to, and Roger kept calling, even after I explained my situation. Lastly, my initial purchase experience with Frank and Chad was great! And I have always had good experiences with Mike and Nate in the service dept, and Angie when I needed a vehicle during the time of repairs. However, moving forward, honestly speaking, I am torn if I would purchase another vehicle in Washington, simply related to this last experience that I had. More

First of all, they couldn’t do what they said they could do. Second of all they got grease on the door seal and scratched it and acted like it was no big deal third they got grease on the visor. No respect do. Second of all they got grease on the door seal and scratched it and acted like it was no big deal third they got grease on the visor. No respect for a new vehicle. More
