The road to delivery of my new car was long and bumpy. But, Malik handled my weekly nagging for updates with patience, even thoughI know he probably used different language in his head from what he typed. Unfortunately we had to request a few things before final purchase… scratches and detailing. I was very surprised that we actually received a notice from DMV for an emissions test since we just purchased the purchase… scratches and detailing. I was very surprised that we actually received a notice from DMV for an emissions test since we just purchased the vehicle a month ago. We were under the assumption that once you buy a car it’s already passed admissions. Also, the whole transaction actually required a lot of follow up on our end since there was a delay in obtaining the title. But the one nice thing was that it was a quick process on the day of purchasing. I would just suggest that when a person is paying cash that you not ask for the check as soon as we walk through the door. All in all everyone was very personable. More
