Great Customer Service Customer service was amazing from the first email response I received. Eric was very fast to respond and answered all the questions I had. He was not Customer service was amazing from the first email response I received. Eric was very fast to respond and answered all the questions I had. He was not pushy at all and gave me my space to think things through. Once i was ready to schedule a test drive, I called him and scheduled within the week. Upon arriving, Eric was busy but Nick took over. Overall...everything went well. We were in and out with our new vehicle within 3 hrs with Mary's help. BONUS: our new Ascent is AMAZING! a week later Eric texted to checkup on us and that made us feel valued. He even offered to inspect our vehicle and give us a $25 gas voucher just to take it in. Overall, best experience ever! More

Exceptional in every way! Incredible service and support by Nick Duddy!!! Our Mazda 3 was rear-ended on a Thursday afternoon. The following Monday its was declared "totaled". Great buying experience Nick Duddy did a great job for me getting me a really good price on my Forester. I was real disappointed with the other Subaru dealer in town who kep Nick Duddy did a great job for me getting me a really good price on my Forester. I was real disappointed with the other Subaru dealer in town who kept trying to play games with me. They got me in and out with a minimal amount of time doing the paperwork. No pressure to buy extras which I really appreciated. Only thing that was not perfect was the windows. There was some leftover tape stuck on the inside of the windshield. I thought they could have done a better job on the detailing of the car. Overall, a very good experience, especially with Nick. Larry Chermak More
