I live in a remote area about 1. 5 hours from Chase Chevrolet. Had an issue with my car and brought it to Chase. Nic was great! Very understanding, arraigned for a rental car and k 5 hours from Chase Chevrolet. Had an issue with my car and brought it to Chase. Nic was great! Very understanding, arraigned for a rental car and kept in touch during the process. Found out the issue was under warranty and there was no charge and also waived the car rental cost. I have Nic on speed dial now and Chase Chevrolet has a customer for life. Keep up the great service levels! More

We had one of our service trucks fixed there. Chase Chevrolet service department built to fix the vehicle correctly. We had Cadillac converters on and they didn’t tie up the exhaust and it was le Chase Chevrolet service department built to fix the vehicle correctly. We had Cadillac converters on and they didn’t tie up the exhaust and it was leaking. We took it back and they said that they need to work on it. It should have been confirmed that it was repaired reliably before releasing it to our team. When we brought the truck back, they blamed us for the damage from their incorrect installation and charge of $660 super not impressed at all. More
