They made things super easy for me and didnt hassle anything at all! They had pretty fair prices for their vechiles too, used or not. If you go up there I would for sure recommend Nicholas Eyster. He will be very patient with you, while you decide what works best for you and will help you find the best deal! More

I told Nick I was just looking and he respected that and simply gave me a business card and told me to give him a call if I had any additional questions. That alone was the reason why I chose to come back and do business with Nick. He was straight forward and didn’t try to pressure my wife and I to buy a car unless we were absolutely sure that we wanted to. After we started getting serious about buying a vehicle Nick accommodated all of our needs and patiently took us through the process,even after I asked him 10,000 plus questions. He helped us get a great deal on a lightly used 2017 WRX that my wife absolutely loves. Nick also was determined to get us in the car we wanted and did whatever it took and went above and beyond the expectations. Nick is an awesome sales associate who definitely raised my expectations on how a dealership should run. Overall the staff I interacted with at Subaru displayed similar manners and behaviors as Nick did. The whole feel of the dealership is amazing and the staff really seems honest and has the customers needs as their primary focus. In addition, the finance guy, Freddie, was very patient and took the time to explain every step of the process and even explored several different routes to get us the best financing. My wife and I previously had a bad experience from another dealership (not associated with Five Star Subaru) and Freddie made it his goal to thoroughly explain how the financing worked. I once again asked several questions, some probably unnecessary, and Freddie remained patient and professional. Good work Nick, Freddie, and Five Star Subaru! You are raising the bar when it comes to customer service and quality in the dealership industry. More

He wanted me to be completely satisfied with my purchase and not feel overwhelmed. It was so easy and I got a spectacular deal on my 2017 Subaru WRX. awesome experience I initially went in to look at purchasing a used WRX, met Nick right after checking in at reception. They didn't quite have what i was looking for in I initially went in to look at purchasing a used WRX, met Nick right after checking in at reception. They didn't quite have what i was looking for in their used inventory so we started to run the numbers on a 2018 WRX base model (after a test drive of course). Trying to finance it would have been way over my budget, and that's when Nick explained the option of leasing the car for a few years and the benefits of going that route. He was incredibly helpful and managed to get the payments down to my initial budget i had planned on, all while including the extended service package and 15,000/yr for 36mo. Could not be happier with the experience I had at 5 star Subaru in Grapevine, Nick even stayed after hours to make sure everything went smoothly so that I could drive off the lot in a new car that night. More
